I am interested in knowing if he used the concept of the "Ha-Ha". If so, where? Dolores D. Elliott

There are a number of  "Ha-Ha" examples within the "Brown" gardens but it would be difficult to attribute these works to him unless they are actually mentioned in the "bills" . One has to remember that these large gardens have evolved over time and many hands have been involved ~ webmaster

Interesting site on the life and works of the master gardener who has left a lasting legacy. I am researching the life of another remarkable man, John "Mad Jack" Fuller, Squire of Brightling. Fuller's sister Frances married Capability Brown's son Lancelot. However, I have experienced much difficulty obtaining details re their marriage, children etc. Any thoughts? www.johnmadjackfuller.homestead.com afarquharson@sympatico.ca

i am trying to find out whether capability brown designed the garden at Woodhill House, Kentish Lane, Hatfield, Herts. Can you help at all?

There is no record of it but that is not an absolute confirmation that he did not ~ webmaster
